Qualifications

What you'll do as a General Manager

• Collaborate with your business development manager and management team to grow pub sales.
• Lead by example and bring our brand to life through your team, delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.
• Recruit and develop your team to ensure they have the knowledge to delight our customers.
• Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
• Please note, if successful in this role, you will need to already have or be able to acquire a personal license.

What you'll bring

• High standards and attention to detail in all aspects of running a successful pub.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a talent for working with people.
• Business acumen, with a focus on P&L control.
• An embrace of individuality, care for others, your pub, and the environment.
• Previous success at General Manager level is desirable, from hospitality, retail, or other fast-paced backgrounds; a positive attitude and outlook are essential!
