General Manager

We are seeking an experienced, highly commercial General Manager to lead the continued success of the hotel, following a large investment refurbishing the property.

Based in Dusseldorf, this is a senior leadership role and offers a fantastic opportunity to be responsible for the dynamic operations of the hotel by ensuring the hotel team is fully trained to the expected elevated level in order to drive the hotel revenue and in turn increase profitability.

• A highly commercially driven General Manager who is experienced in building relationships with key corporate Clients.
• Degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in a hospitality discipline.
• Seasoned and experienced GM with the maturity to manage the complexity of the dynamic product offering.
• Exceptional networking skills to be seen as a true leader in the city and build genuine relationships on a regular basis.
• Fluent in German and English.

• Experience of a major hotel brand.
• Direct "in the thick of it" operation management style.
• A strong mature leadership profile with the human touch.
• A balanced, experienced GM with internationally branded hotels who has knowledge of both rooms and food & beverage.
