In this role, you will take full ownership of large-scale warehousing operations across its London depots, leading a team of depot managers, supervisors and frontline operatives in a fast paced environment. You'll be accountable for driving performance, efficiency and culture, building scalable processes while keeping operations running smoothly day to day.

What you'll be doing:- Lead day-to-day warehousing operations across the depot, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality execution.
- Manage, coach and inspire a large and growing team.
- Drive continuous improvement in people, process, safety, cost and service.
- Own performance KPIs across OTIF, productivity, inventory and compliance.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate operational nuance into scalable, long-term solutions.
- Build culture, foster engagement, accountability, and alignment with sustainability-driven mission.
- Take on full P&L responsibility as the depot continues to expand.
- Strong track record managing large-scale warehouse, depot or logistics operations. (3PL/Parcels/eCom)
- Proven leadership experience with large frontline teams, developing both high performers and those who need support.
- Hands on, adaptable leader with strong EQ and ability to influence across all levels.
- Commercially aware, pragmatic problem solver with analytical mindset.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and the new process development daily.
