General Manager - Premium Restaurant

I am currently recruiting for a General Manager for a premium restaurant in Kings Cross and require a candidate who possesses the following:

• Previous experience as a General Manager of a premium restaurant

• The ability to manage a FOH and BOH team efficiently and effectively

• Strong presence on the floor

• Good financial understanding of P&L, budgeting and forecasting

• Knowledge or pre-booked sales, private hire and marketing

• The desire to grow within a forward thinking company
