Position: General Manager - Precision Engineering
Location: Sevenoaks, Kent
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience

Position Overview

General Manager required for a well-established and growing manufacturer of precision engineered products. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, coordination and support across the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of operations.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and guiding the management team across manufacturing, sales and administration
• Overseeing the day to day operations, ensuring departments are aligned and working effectively
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and ensuring health & safety and quality standards are upheld
• Supporting the sales teams to maintain key customer relationships & help resolve customer issues

Requirements

• Proven management experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally precision engineering
• Excellent communications and problem solving skills
• Commercial awareness and customer focused mindset
• Knowledge of quality assurance and manufacturing best practices
• Based in a commutable distance of Sevenoaks, Kent

Remuneration

• Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience
• Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
• Permanent position
• Holiday allowance & pension
