The roleAs General Manager, you are accountable for the overall performance and day-to-day leadership of the store. You set the culture, drive the commercial strategy and ensure operational excellence - delivering results while protecting a premium customer experience where service, detail and standards are key.
You lead through people: building a strong leadership team, developing talent and creating an environment where colleagues feel supported, motivated and clear on priorities - even during the busiest moments.

- Deliver an exceptional store experience through strong standards, customer care and product knowledge
- Oversee all operational and administrative routines, ensuring compliance and consistency
- Ensure stock flow, availability and store organisation support commercial performance
- Maintain a safe, clean and well run environment, ensuring Health & Safety standards are met
- Act as an ambassador for Inditex sustainability initiatives and embed them into daily ways of working
