The Opportunity

As General Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operation leading our small, dedicated team, overseeing complex mailing projects, and driving continuous improvement across the business. From data workflows to dispatch, customer service to compliance, you'll have end-to-end responsibility and the chance to make a genuine impact.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating the team to deliver high-quality, on-time projects
• Overseeing the full mailing process from data handling to dispatch
• Managing customer relationships and tailoring solutions to their needs
• Maintaining ISO compliance and driving best practice
• Managing Mailmark and DSA integrations
• Handling complex data workflows with confidence
• Reporting on performance and supporting business strategy

What We're Looking For

• Operational leadership experience in mailing, print or fulfilment
• Solid understanding of postal optimisation and Mailmark services
• Strong knowledge of ISO procedures and quality systems
• Skilled in data handling and database workflows
• Confident across Microsoft Office tools
• Practical, solutions-focused mindset
• Strong communicator with team leadership experience
