The roleAs General Manager, you are accountable for the overall performance and day-to-day leadership of the store. You set the pace, lead the commercial strategy and ensure operational excellence in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
You lead through people: building a strong leadership team, developing talent and creating a culture where colleagues feel supported, motivated and clear on priorities - even under pressure.

- Deliver an outstanding customer experience through strong service standards and shopfloor leadership
- Oversee all operational and administrative routines, ensuring compliance and consistency
- Drive product flow, availability, replenishment and store organisation to support commercial performance
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-run environment, ensuring Health & Safety standards are met
- Act as an ambassador for Inditex sustainability initiatives and embed them into daily ways of working
