General Manager - High-Volume Community Venue + F&B Credit

Big Penny Ltd in London's East area is seeking a General Manager for Big Penny Social. You'll own day-to-day operations, lead from the front and shape the guest experience in a fast-paced, community-rooted venue.

Reporting to Head of Operations, you'll manage a 40+ team, drive sales, events and private hires, ensure standards, and build a welcoming atmosphere across a venue that blends dining, live events and community activities.
