Moonshine Film is a London based production and equipment company offering camera rental, production services and project development.

We are looking for an experienced producer to run the company day to day and lead the business operationally.

Key point

• The core skill set for this role is producer experience.
• You should already know how to run shoots, manage clients, budget, schedule, and oversee projects end to end.
• Understanding of camera kit and rental workflows is essential.

Role includes

• Running day to day operations.
• Overseeing client relationships and delivery.
• Leading the team and performance.
• Bringing structure and company systems.
• Driving revenue and business growth.

You will work directly with the founder, who sets direction and key relationships, while you take ownership of execution and day to day operations.

Compensation

• £40 000 base.
• Percentage share of gross revenue.
• Project based bonuses.
• Start up stage business ( £450 k revenue, modest margins) with a clear path to £100 k+ total compensation as the company scales.
