The General Manager carries full responsibility for all Engineering, Production, Maintenance, Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) activities.

The General Manager is expected to contribute towards the achievement of the company's strategic and operational targets and overall business aim, whilst ensuring reliability and consistency of operation through the development of people, plant and process.
