THE ROLE:

We are looking for an energetic, driven and passionate General Manager to lead our team at BOOM BATTLE BAR.

• People focused leadership is a non negotiable; must be elite at coaching and getting the best out of your team.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with the management team to achieve solid results.
• Lead from the front and avoid micromanaging; you won't be expected to do everything yourself.
• Organise the management meeting to ensure everyone is on the same page and maintain next level communication.
• Excel in high energy environments, especially wet led environments.
• Drive consistency for standards; ensure spot fitting specifications and an epic guest journey.
• Be a compliance pro; stick to regulatory compliance and achieve stellar 10/10 daily Trail average scores.
• Prioritise safety; ensure everyone within the business is protected.
