Angola Full-Time Expatriate Package

The Opportunity

We are looking for a senior manufacturing leader to take full operational command of a large-scale beverage manufacturing plant in Angola. This is a site leadership role with complete P&L ownership, direct authority over all plant functions, and a mandate to drive performance, transformation, and growth.

The operation operates across multiple beverage categories, including juices, carbonated soft drinks, energy drinks, and drinking water, running production lines including aseptic filling. You will lead a team across Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, HSE, HR, Finance, and

Operations.

What You Will Do

• Own the factory P&L and deliver against production output, efficiency, cost, quality, and service targets
• Lead plant transformation - operational turnaround, process improvement, capability building, and cultural change
• Drive manufacturing excellence across all production lines, with particular focus on aseptic operations
• Build a high-performance site leadership team and strengthen succession capability
• Ensure rigorous food safety, quality compliance, and HSE standards
• Partner with corporate leadership to align plant strategy with broader business objectives and support expansion initiatives

What You Bring

1. 15+ years in beverage manufacturing with direct experience running aseptic filling lines
2. Full P&L accountability as General Manager, Plant Manager, Factory Manager, Site Director, Industrial Director, or equivalent
3. Engineering degree (required)
4. Fluent Portuguese (mandatory - this is non-negotiable)
5. Proven transformation experience: turnaround, operational excellence, or major improvement programmes in manufacturing
6. African experience strongly preferred; willingness to relocate to Angola is essential
