General Labourer

Hereford Long-term Full-time

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting an experienced General Labourer to join our client's team on a long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established, safety-conscious environment supporting ongoing site operations.

• Assist with daily site operations and support various trades as required.

• Conduct pre-work checks and ensure work areas are clean and organised.

• Handle materials and equipment safely.

• Follow site health and safety procedures at all times.

• Report hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues promptly.

• Previous experience in a general labouring or similar role.

• Good understanding of health & safety practices on-site.

• Comfortable with manual handling tasks.

• Proactive, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.

• Able to follow instructions and work under supervision.

• Desirable:

  • Valid CSCS card.

  • Additional site tickets (e.g., manual handling, first aid).
