General Labourer / General Operative

Location: Purfleet, RM19

Days: Mon - Fri

Shifts: 6am - 4pm

Pay: £14.00 p/h

This is a temporary role , ongoing week - to - week.

HRGO Recruitment are seeking reliable and hardworking General Labourer / Operatives to join our client's team in Purfleet, Essex. This is a hands on role working within a busy site environment, supporting daily operations and ensuring work areas are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with general site duties and labouring tasks.


• Loading and unloading materials and stock safely.


• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.


• Operating equipment and machinery following appropriate training.


• Assisting with jet washing and general maintenance duties.


• Supporting colleagues with production and warehouse activities as required.


• Following all health and safety procedures at all times.


• Completing tasks efficiently and to a high standard.

Requirements

• Previous labouring, warehouse, production, or operative experience.


• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.


• Ability to carry out physical duties and manual handling.


• Good communication and teamwork skills.


• Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious.

Training & Benefits
