General Kitchen Assistant

• Wash, dry and store kitchen utensils, trays, cutlery and equipment.
• Clean kitchen, dining areas, furniture and equipment.
• Support the Catering Supervisor and kitchen team during meal service.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and health and safety.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.

The successful candidate will:

• Have good communication and teamwork skills.
• Be reliable, flexible and well organised.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic approach to work.
• Be committed to providing an excellent service.
• Be willing to undertake training as required.

Previous catering or kitchen experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Please note - This role is on a temporary basis until 18th December 2026, but this may be extended if required.
