General Foreman - up to €70k + Car

Role: General Foreman Client: Main Contractor Essentials: 7+ years of direct experience in a similar role with a Main Contractor. Location: Cork Salary: €60,000 - €70,000 Package: Car/Car Allowance; Income Protection: Employee Assistance Programmes; Pension; Bike-to-work Progression: Site Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full building project lifecycle from site setup to final delivery while maintaining strict control over safety, quality, schedule, and budget. In this role, you will oversee all trades on site to ensure seamless execution across all phases of construction.

• Project Lifecycle & Site Leadership: Oversee end-to-end site operations, coordinating daily activities, material logistics, subcontractor performance, and budget adherence to deliver projects on time.

• Technical & Operational Expertise: Proficient in interpreting complex drawings, structural specs, and reports, using a proactive approach to solve on-site challenges and prevent project delays.

• Safety, Quality & Compliance: Lead site safety initiatives, ensure strict compliance with statutory regulations and environmental standards, and maintain clean, high-quality site operations.

• Stakeholder Management & Drive: Strong, proactive communicator equipped to collaborate effectively with design and commercial teams, manage stakeholders, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
