Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and structured lessons across different subjects, following the school's curriculum.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring students remain on task.
• Implement school policies on behaviour management and student support.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and any classroom developments.
• Adapt teaching approaches to suit the needs of different student groups.

Requirements

• QTS or relevant teaching experience in a secondary school setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
• Flexibility and confidence to teach various subjects.
• A proactive and professional approach to supporting students and schools.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
