We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic General Assistant to support the day-to-day café operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and be a key part of our friendly team. What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering top-tier customer service - making every customer feel welcome and ensuring a friendly, engaging atmosphere.
• Assisting with food & drink preparation - supporting baristas and chefs in delivering fresh, high-quality products.
• Keeping the café running smoothly - helping with cleaning, stock replenishment, and general upkeep.
• Taking orders & serving customers - ensuring fast and efficient service with a smile.
• Presenting products beautifully - ensuring displays look abundant, inviting, and visually appealing.
• Maintaining health & safety standards - ensuring the café remains clean, safe, and
• Bringing energy & enthusiasm - supporting a positive, team-focused work environment.

• A flexible & adaptable attitude - ready to work weekends and peak periods but no evenings.
• Previous customer service experience - some experience in providing great customer experience is preferred - we'll provide full training!
