We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, creative, and hard-working individual to join Little Angel Theatre (LAT). The role involves undertaking projects across the organisation, providing a great entry point for someone exploring a career in arts administration. This position is ideal for those interested in arts, fundraising, HR, finance, or operations within the arts sector.

Job Requirements
  • Experience working in an office environment and an interest in the arts.
  • Interest in finance, HR, and operational functions of a theatre.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High accuracy in proofreading and working with figures.
  • Excellent written communication skills, adaptable to formal and informal contexts.
  • Professional approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Team player, reliable, flexible, and proactive.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated with initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Discretion handling confidential data such as HR records and contracts.
Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include supporting finance tasks, managing recruitment campaigns, overseeing venue bookings, liaising with IT support, managing spreadsheets, tracking fundraising targets, coordinating visiting companies, and assisting with the Annual Report.
