Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the company, including overseeing production, inventory control, and supply chain management.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees to ensure the smooth execution of projects, adhering to deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify, implement, and optimize processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce lead times, and drive cost reductions.

• Experience: Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within a small to medium-sized engineering firm.
