GCSE tutor

The Role:

• Deliver personalised tuition in core subjects (English, Maths and/or Science)

• Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs

• Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils

• Work in settings such as the home, community venues, or alternative provisions

• Provide regular feedback on progress

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience tutoring or teaching children or young people

• Experience working with vulnerable learners is highly desirable

• Patient, empathetic, and resilient

• Strong subject knowledge and communication skills

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
