As Deputy Principal - Finance & Resources, you will provide strategic leadership across a services portfolio of finance, procurement, audit, I.T., data and funding, risk management, estates and sustainability functions. You will be accountable for the College's financial activities, infrastructure, and a portfolio of key corporate service areas, working closely with the CEO/Principal, Executive Team, and the Board, monitoring and maintaining the College's resilience, and driving growth. Your focus will be on delivering to an exceptional standard whilst overseeing systems and processes to drive efficiencies and operational excellence, setting the highest standards of governance, professionalism and accountability across the college.

As a senior member of the Executive Team, you will play an active role in shaping corporate strategy, deputising for the CEO/Principal as required and representing the College confidently with external partners, contributing to its wider civic and regional leadership role.

You will be a qualified accountant with senior financial and broader portfolio leadership experience, ideally gained in education or another complex, highly regulated, multi-stakeholder environment. You will bring sound judgement, commercial awareness and a collaborative approach, enabling you to work effectively with colleagues, governors and external partners to support the College's long-term sustainability and success.
