• Seeking 2 BC/BE Gastroenterologists to join a growing practice; ERCP skills preferred but not required
• Competitive base salary: $543,428 plus call compensation and bonus opportunities
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• Current team includes 1 physician and 1 APP, with growth planned to 3 physicians
• Call requirement: 91 days per year; additional call days compensated at $665 per day
• RVU rate: $68.86
• Commencement and retention bonus available
• Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) investment opportunity offered
• Service area encompasses a 14-county region with a population of approximately 200,000-250,000
