Gas service Engineer

The Customer Engineering team at Calor Gas are looking to recruit an engaging and proactive Gas Engineer providing engineering services and emergency response to Calor customers in the area.
Calor Gas is the UK's leading LPG supplier. We offer a range of off grid energy options for heating, cooking and other needs, to homes and businesses including sectors such as agriculture, transport and manufacturing.

A company vehicle, mobile phone and tablet will also be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Installing and maintaining Calor's bulk tanks and assets at customer sites.
- Travel (van and fuel provided) to meet customer service standards for our largely rural customer base.
- Participate in a standby rota to respond to gas emergencies outside normal working hours; additional rates of pay apply.
- ACS Gas Qualified.
- Experience in dealing with customers and providing excellent customer care.
- Any relevant gas engineering experience with understanding of LPG and the installation and maintenance of bulk LPG tanks and cylinders is a distinct advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards, including Health and Safety awareness.
- Ability to follow procedures and instructions.
- Full UK driving licence.
Full industry specific training and support will be given to the right individual.
