Autism East Midlands is looking for someone just like you. Someone who can inspire, guide, and grow alongside the individuals we support.

This isn't just a gardening job.

It's a chance to shape outdoor spaces while empowering autistic individuals to take part in meaningful work.

Working across sites in the Nottingham area, you'll collaborate with service managers to create and maintain beautiful, welcoming outdoor spaces.

We're seeking someone who:

• Has hands on gardening experience (personal or professional)
• Can share knowledge and teach others with patience and enthusiasm
• Believes in equality and inclusive opportunities for all
