Garden Centre Team Leader - Outdoor Plants & Customer Service

Webbs Garden Centres Ltd. in Cheltenham is seeking an experienced Team Leader for our Outdoor Retail team.

You will lead the sundries/Outdoor Retail section, ensuring high retail standards, strong customer service, and engaging displays while coordinating with the Horticultural Manager and Assistant Manager. You'll apply horticultural knowledge, develop team capability, and roll up your sleeves to support stock management and IT systems.
