Gaeilge365 is recruiting a Partnerships and Development Coordinator- Grade 7 (Temporary 4 years) to lead on embedding and developing innovation across the four Dublin local authorities. This role plays a vital function in identifying which Gaeilge365 pilot projects have the greatest potential for long term impact and in building the conditions for those projects to become sustainable, systemic parts of how councils, communities and partners engage with the Irish language. Working closely with the Irish Language Innovation Officer, the Coordinator will assess each pilot for scalability, sustainability and systems impact. They will support embedding successful pilots into core council services, annualised work programmes or community structures, identifying partnership pathways including funding, delivery and policy levers that enable effective Development within and beyond local government.
This is a high impact role requiring a blend of innovation insight, strategic business development, systems thinking, and strong fluency in the Irish language. The Partnerships and Development Coordinator will report to the Programme Manager.
Salary€60,611 - €78,795
