The advertised wage is inclusive of a basic hourly rate of £12.76, plus anticipated tronc of approximately £5.10 per hour.

More about the role

As a Gaúcho, you'll play an important part in delivering an exceptional dining experience by butchering, preparing, grilling and serving our premium meats table side to our guests, cooking each cut to our brand standards, and sharing your product knowledge to guide guests through our different cuts, cooking points and recommendations. You'll work closely with the Server to accommodate guest requests and deliver exceptional service.
