Future Skills Officer: Build Partnerships & Inspire Futures

Coleg Sir Gar in Wales is recruiting a Future Skills Officer to help develop innovative skills initiatives, build strong employer partnerships and support regional growth. You will engage with employers, learners and curriculum teams to deliver programmes that prepare learners for future careers.

The role focuses on coordinating skills competitions, promoting STEM opportunities and identifying emerging skills needs, with travel between campuses and partner locations as required.
