Future Skills & Employability Lead

East Sussex College Group in Eastbourne is seeking a proactive Skills Manager to lead the Adult & Future Skills team, driving development, growth and quality of future skills, employability and online learning provision.

You will work with employers, curriculum teams and funding partners to ensure programmes respond to regional needs and deliver excellent learner outcomes, while achieving income targets and maintaining high quality standards.
