Oak Furnitureland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Milton Keynes to lead a busy showroom with a strong focus on customer experience and sales performance.

You will drive profitability, coach a team of sales professionals, and coordinate with merchandising to keep displays fresh. The role offers uncapped commission up to 4% on all sales and a comprehensive benefits package. 40 hours per week across 5 days with one weekend off every six.
