Funds Senior Administrator

The Funds Senior Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the team and assisting with identifying and resolving day-to-day operational issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory and AML/CFT requirements. He/she will administer a diverse range of funds and liaise with clients. Responsibilities include coordinating all company secretarial matters, including attendance and preparation of minutes for board meetings, maintaining accurate records, coordinating the opening of new bank accounts, ensuring regulatory and statutory filings are made, managing the accounts distribution and filing process, acting as a mentor to junior staff, performing CDD, maintaining client information, complying with all Group policies and procedures, and reporting suspicious transactions to the MLRO or designated person.

Candidates should have a JFSC Category B, Table 4/5 qualification or equivalent, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in fund administration within the finance industry. Intermediate MS Office skills, team spirit, knowledge of Jersey statutory laws and AML laws are required. Knowledge of the alternative investment fund environment, including private equity, venture capital, and real estate funds, is desirable. Experience in executing trades and/or corporate actions, and managing small or large client relationships, would be advantageous. The candidate must possess excellent people management, organizational, prioritization, and delegation skills, and be capable of working independently and making decisions.
