Job Description
Carta is hiring a Funds Delivery Lawyer - LP Transfers to manage end to end transfer workflows for limited partner interests across multiple client accounts. You will supervise paralegals, coordinate KYC/AML, and own client playbooks, ensuring timely, accurate workflows and strong client momentum.
You will build trusted client relationships, support growth pitches, and collaborate with AI-driven tools to advance legal delivery. 5+ years of relevant funds/Lp transfer experience preferred.
