Supporting the Director of Engagement and Fundraising and the Assistant Director of Fundraising, The Fundraising Growth Transformation Lead will lead the programme management of our fundraising growth, ensuring that strategic investment, organisational change and improvement activity translate into measurable income, engagement and organisational benefits.
