Opportunity

We are recruiting a Funds Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE to join a top-tier Asset Management and Investment Funds team in Dublin. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to advise leading global asset managers, financial institutions, and investment firms across a broad range of investment structures, including UCITS, ETFs, private equity, hedge funds, and digital assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on the structuring and regulation of investment funds (UCITS, ETFs, private equity, hedge funds, and more).
• Manage fund-related transactions from start to finish.
• Draft legal documents including fund constitutive documents and regulatory filings.
• Provide compliance and regulatory guidance for ongoing fund operations.
• Stay current with developments in Irish funds law and international regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• 4+ years PQE in investment funds law.
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish funds law and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent drafting and transaction management skills.
• Commercially minded with a client-focused approach.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and collaboration.
