Fund Managers Assistant (Multi-Asset)

Our Client, a leading Global Asset Manager, is currently looking for someone to join as a Fund Manager's Assistant. The position sits within the front office, working closely with Portfolio Managers, covering equities, fixed income, multi-asset, and institutional/segregated portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring cash positions, cash flows, and cash balances.
2. Working daily alongside portfolio managers to support and assist.
3. Representing PMs on change management projects.
4. Liaising with Operational, Product Development, Technology, Legal & Change Management teams and external clients/vendors.
5. Implementation of investment decisions, taking into account cash, investment guidelines, benchmarks, and fund sizes.
6. Ensuring compliance with all applicable statutory requirements.

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of experience within a similar role - ideally within the front office.
2. IOC Qualification (or equivalent).
3. Advanced level Excel skills are a must; Bloomberg knowledge is desirable, along with an interest in current affairs.
4. Proven understanding of Equity or Fixed Income markets and order generation.
