Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Day to day management of team members
- Acting as escalation point for operational issues
- Manage and develop relationships with clients, counterparties and other external parties
- Proactively sourcing ways to improve and promote quality
- Participation in new client engagements
- Review and update department Operational processes
- Degree level at any discipline is preferred, but not essential
- Prior fund accounting experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
