Fund Accounting Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fund Accounting Manager to join a growing financial services organisation in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fund accounting professional to take responsibility for a portfolio of alternative investment funds while managing and developing a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day fund accounting and NAV production process across a portfolio of funds.
• Review NAV calculations, financial statements, reconciliations and investor reporting.
• Manage and develop a team of fund accountants, including workflow allocation and performance oversight.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, auditors, investment managers and other service providers.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
• Oversee fund launches, onboarding and changes to existing structures.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience within fund accounting, with previous team management or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of alternative investment funds, ideally Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate and/or Hedge Funds.
• Experience reviewing NAVs and financial statements.
