For additional information, please review . Client Onboarding & Transition: Support the FA Vice President and Project Manager to ensure a seamless Fund Accounting onboarding process for a new client. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships, fostering growth, and effectively resolving escalations. Fund Accounting Oversight: Oversee offshore fund accounting operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant NAV production. Operational Escalation: Serve as a senior escalation point for critical operational queries and complex NAV-related issues. Risk & Compliance: Implement and maintain robust risk management, internal controls, and quality standards, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Process Optimization: Drive and champion continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Technology Implementation: Lead and support the successful implementation and adoption of system enhancements and new technologies. Leadership & People Management: Lead, manage, and foster the professional development of a high-performing Fund Accounting Oversight team, including performance management and strategic workforce planning. Broad experience in Fund Accounting or a related financial services role. Working knowledge of InvestOne Fund Accounting platform essential. Prior experience of new client onboarding from a Fund Accounting perspective. Strong technical knowledge of end-to-end fund accounting and NAV production. Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. Highly analytical with problem-solving abilities. Organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
