About the Role:

We're seeking experienced Functional RPA Consultants to join a leading automation team supporting major clients (including government and international organisations). You'll be working hands-on with a range of intelligent automation technologies to drive successful RPA deliveries.

This is a functional role with technical depth - ideal for a former BA or Functional Consultant who understands the end-to-end RPA lifecycle, can interface with developers, and thrives in cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as a Functional Consultant across the full RPA lifecycle - from process analysis through to solution design and implementation.
• Bridge the gap between business and technical teams, translating business requirements into robust RPA solutions.
• Collaborate closely with RPA Developers to support configuration, testing and deployment.
• Engage with clients (primarily Dutch-speaking) to understand processes, pain points, and automation goals.
• Support multiple RPA tools and platforms, acting as a knowledge resource for less experienced colleagues.
• Bring a consultative mindset to client conversations, suggesting best-fit automation solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Fluent Dutch (required - candidates without Dutch will not be considered)
• Certified in Relevant RPA Technologies is nice to have!
• Additional hands-on exposure to:
• UiPath
• Blue Prism
• Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Automate)
• Exposure to Agentic AI is a plus
• Background in Business Analysis, Process Mapping, or Functional Consultancy
• Strong understanding of automation architecture and process assessment
• Ability to switch between tools and quickly grasp new technologies
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
• Available to start within 4-6 weeks is a strong preference
