Full-Time Store Replenishment Lead: Stock & Availability

B&M Retail Limited in Saffron Walden is seeking a Replenishment Manager to lead stock flow and ensure shelves are full and ready for customers. This hands-on leadership role will own replenishment across the store and coordinate deliveries with speed and accuracy.

You'll manage a team, plan for changing stock levels, and drive availability and productivity, while maintaining safe, tidy shop-floor operations and a positive pace that supports busy trading hours.
