About the Role

The Stockroom Assistant plays a key role in ensuring smooth operation of the stockroom and supporting retail store performance.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, transfers and other stock-related duties accurately.
• Accept and enter incoming deliveries into the system, completing transfers with Stockroom Manager approval.
• Organise stock in the stockroom, improving stock management processes.
• Maintain stockroom standards and support shop floor replenishment in line with brand expectations.
• Ensure timely and accurate replenishment on the shop floor.
• Contribute to SKU accuracy and perform stock takes.

About You

• Previous track record in hospitality or retail.
• Experience in stock handling.
• Effective communicator who builds relationships easily.
• Strong multitasking and accuracy.
• Team player who celebrates contributions.
• Adaptable to change and able to keep pace.
• Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor.
• Can-do mindset with initiative to solve store issues.
