Key Role Details:

- This role would suit a proactive individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, enjoys working as part of a cohesive team, and thrives on following cases through from consultation to diagnosis and treatment.
- Salary: Up to £60,000 p/a, reflective of skills and experience
The Role:
- The client is seeking an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to manage and oversee the day-to-day clinical caseload at one of their branches.
- The role offers flexibility, with the option to work in their RCVS-accredited hospital, which has achieved outstanding status.
- The successful candidate will work alongside a supportive and skilled team, contributing to a positive and collaborative environment.

- Manage and oversee the clinical caseload.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Option to tailor the role based on preferences, including work at the main hospital if desired.
About the Practice:
- The practice operates from purpose-built premises, including a main hospital and four branches across South Wales. The facilities are RCVS-accredited with Silver Cat Friendly status and equipped with modern technology, including an in-house laboratory, digital radiography, ultrasound, and separate dog and cat wards.
- The team is led by five Clinical Directors who actively work alongside staff, fostering a friendly and approachable atmosphere. The practice values diversity and welcomes individuals from all walks of life. Employees are not subject to commercial targets, allowing them to focus on delivering excellent clinical care.
Benefits:
- 28 days (6.6 weeks) holiday per year, inclusive of Bank Holidays.
