The Role & Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for roles: Fruit & Veg/Service/Petishables. In our specialist Newcastle store we are looking for key experienced retailers who are outgoing, hardworking and ambitious, and want to share our vision of reconnecting people to the joys of food. Our goal is to build teams of enthusiastic experts that love working for us and offer our loyal customers something special.

Responsibilities

• Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
• Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
• Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
• Undertaking budgeting for the establishment
• Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
