As a receptionist, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional, professional customer experience hosting our customers whilst they are at our site. This begins with providing a huge welcome to all of our customers and collecting the required details to ensure that they receive the fantastic service we seek to provide.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpful and professional service, answering face to face inquiries and telephone calls.
• Process the daily post and respond to e mail inquiries.
• Act as a brand ambassador in a fast paced, busy environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills.
• Presentable and strong communicator.
• Good IT skills and competence with multiple Microsoft platforms.
• Experience within a busy office environment preferred; full training provided.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with a diverse customer base.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude to customer care.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Honesty and integrity.
• Flexibility and proactive attitude to add value and solve problems.
• Team player.
• Literacy, numeracy and proficient computer skills.
