Full Time Receptionist

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional, professional customer experience hosting our customers whilst they are at our site. This begins with providing a huge welcome to all of our customers and collecting the required details to ensure that they receive the fantastic service we seek to provide.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be expected to provide a helpful and professional service, answer face to face inquiries as well as over the telephone. Other administrative tasks such as processing the daily post and answering emails will also be part of this role. This is a high energy role suitable for someone who can be an ambassador for our brand within a fast paced, busy environment.
Qualifications- Excellent organisational skills and a presentable appearance.
- Strong communicator with good IT skills and competency in multiple Microsoft platforms.
- Experience within a busy office environment is preferred, but full training will be given.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and a positive attitude to customer care.
- Honesty and integrity.
- Flexible approach to work, focused on "getting the job done."
- Team player with effective time management and flexibility in working patterns.
- Literate, numerate and proficient computer skills.
