Full Time Lifeguard

Are you a confident swimmer who loves being part of a team and making a difference? We're on the lookout for a fun, enthusiastic, and reliable Lifeguard to dive into a full-time, permanent role at our brilliant Aspire Leisure Centre.

Whether you're fully qualified or just have a passion for the pool, we want to hear from you! Ideally, you'll already hold your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)-but if you don't, we'll help the right candidate train up. Even better? We'll also cover the cost of your Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification to get you making even more of a splash in your career.

About the Role

Our vibrant, inclusive pool is open Monday - Saturday 6am - 10.30pm and Sundays 7am - 3pm. That means your shifts could include early mornings, evenings or weekends-but with a supportive and fun team, the time flies.

What We're Looking For:

• NPLQ qualified - or willing to qualify within 3 months
• Strong swimmer - you'll take part in a swim test
• Great communicator and team player
• Smart and professional appearance
