Full Time Chef

Castle Rock Brewery require a competent, highly-motivated, confident and focussed individual to join the chef team at the Canalhouse.

The candidate will be part of a successful team running a busy kitchen serving meals, throughout the day and week, to our customers.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate knowledge and will be involved in all aspects of food service, legal compliancy, stock ordering & control and staff management along with having strong skills in menu development. A team player is essential.

All of our food is home-cooked with some of that being to order and some being on a cook-chill basis.

The successful candidate should have at least 1 years experience in a busy kitchen.
