Full Time Branch Manager - Big Trailer Warehouse Townsville

THE ROLE

We are a reputable trailer manufacturer with over 40 years industry experience. Our company is growing and we are seeking a sales wizard to join our team at Townsville! You will be a highly reliable and self-motivated individual who is excellent at customer services and delivering successful sales results.

Responsibilities:

• Trailer sales, which includes walk-in customers, incoming phone calls as well as email inquiries.

• Provide quotations to customers in an accurate and timely manner

• Follow up customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Assist customers to customise products to their needs

• Process orders, invoices and registration in our system correctly

• Liaise with workshop team to prioritise daily orders

• Stock control

• Maintain a neat and tidy sales yard

• Ad hoc admin duties as required

• Liaise with head office to ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and strategic goals

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent customer service skills in similar industries (automobile, caravan etc)

• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Word

• Excellent communication skills

• The ability to multi-task

• Positive and can-do attitude with strong ethical and professional standards

• Somebody that likes to be hands on

This is a 5 days full- time position being Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm and Optional Saturdays 8:00 am - 1:00pm.
